Our company has been operating for many years and has over 40 years of experience in atmosphere heat treatment  Plant,related processes and associated equipment.  We pride ourselves in being one of the remaining furnace engineering companies that can offer complete bespoke design and manufacture of heat treatment plant and equipment.  The fact that we are probably the only company with a complete in-house service capability. Gives us a lot of scope and expertise to offer our customers a quicker and more practical solution to their needs. We offer this, knowing that we have the facilities within our premises to guarantee a better service. This is due to our works which comprise of  25,000  sq feet and consist  of three large shops, all containing overhead cranage up to 10 tonne. The first of which being a mild steel fabrication and assembly shop, where we build new plant and associated equipment. The second is a nickel alloy shop,  where we fabricate and repair all types of heat treatment furniture. Finally, the third  shop is a fully equipped machine  shop, comprising of four lathes of different size beds, allowing us to turn/machine up to  a length of 20 ft. Horizontal and vertical millers, drilling machines, a shaper and a key slotting machine. Finally, and very importantly,we also house a fan balancing machine.
